Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain yogurt (full-fat or low-fat)

  • 2 tbsp dill (finely chopped)

  • 2 tbsp fresh coriander (finely chopped)

  • 1 tbsp fresh mint (finely chopped)

  • 1 tbsp green onion (finely chopped)

  • 1 tbsp parsley (finely chopped)

  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 tsp salt (or to taste)

  • Black pepper (to taste)

  • Water (as needed to adjust consistency)

Method

  1. Place the yogurt in a deep bowl.

  2. Add all the finely chopped herbs (dill, coriander, mint, green onion, parsley).

  3. Add lemon juice, salt, and black pepper, then mix well until combined.

  4. Gradually add water while stirring until you reach the desired consistency.

  5. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.

  6. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator before serving.
