10 slices of toast bread (preferably thick and slightly dry)
10 tablespoons butter (softened, divided)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1/2 cup cheddar cheese (grated)
1/4 cup Monterey Jack cheese (grated)
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
Salt (to taste)
Black pepper (to taste)
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F).
Spread butter on one side of each bread slice, then place them on a baking tray with the buttered side facing down.
In a food processor, mix the remaining butter with garlic and cheeses until well combined.
Spread the cheese mixture on the unbuttered side of the bread.
