No-Yeast Bread

No-yeast bread is a quick and easy way to make homemade bread without the need for a long fermentation time. It’s perfect to serve with any Ramadan meal and can be enjoyed with different fillings according to your preference.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • ½ cup boiling water (adjust if needed)

  • 2 tablespoons oil

Preparation Method

  1. In a large bowl, mix the flour and salt.

  2. Gradually add the hot boiling water and oil, mixing until a soft, non-sticky dough forms.

  3. Divide the dough into small balls and roll each ball into a circle or rectangle about ½ cm thick.

  4. Let the dough rest for about 30 minutes.

  5. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and place the bread in the pan without oil. Cook for 2–3 minutes on each side until golden and fully cooked.

  6. Serve the bread hot with butter, cheese, or any filling you like. 🍞
