200 g cream cheese
1 cup heavy whipping cream, whipped

Instructions
Mix the crushed biscuits with melted butter, then press the mixture firmly into a pan to form a solid base. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
Beat the cream cheese with powdered sugar, vanilla, and dissolved coffee until smooth.
Gently fold in the whipped cream until well combined.
Pour the cream and cheese mixture over the biscuit base and smooth the surface.
