Zucchini: 1, sliced
Garlic: 3 cloves, minced
Beef stock: 4 cups
Tomato paste: 2 tablespoons

Black pepper: a pinch
Preparation Method
Heat the olive oil in a deep pot over medium heat. Add the meat and sauté until browned on all sides.
