Ingredients – Korean Crepe
For the batter:
Flour: 1 cup
Eggs: 2
Milk: 1 cup
Sugar: 1 tablespoon
Salt: a pinch
Vanilla: 1 teaspoon
Butter: 1 tablespoon, melted
For the filling and topping:
Fresh fruits: 1 cup (strawberries, bananas, kiwi, sliced)
Whipping cream: ½ cup
Chocolate: 1 cup, melted
Nuts: ½ cup, crushed
Preparation Method
In a deep bowl, mix all the batter ingredients until smooth and well combined.
Let the batter rest for 15 minutes.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease it with butter.
Pour a small amount of batter into the pan and spread it into a very thin circle.
Cook for about 1–2 minutes on each side until done.
Repeat until all the batter is used.
