🛒 Ingredients:

  • 1 kg potatoes, peeled, cut into sticks, and washed

  • 2 tbsp white vinegar

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 2 cups vegetable oil (for frying)

  1. Place the potato sticks in a deep bowl, cover them with warm water, then add the vinegar and salt. Stir well to combine.

  2. Let the potatoes soak for about 40 minutes.

  3. Drain the potatoes thoroughly.
