Crispy Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • Potatoes: 3 (peeled and cut into thin sticks)

  • White vinegar: 1/2 cup

  • Cornstarch: 2 tablespoons

  • Vegetable oil: enough for deep frying

Instructions:

  1. Place the potato sticks in a deep bowl and cover with water.

  2. Add the white vinegar, stir gently, then let the bowl sit for 30 minutes.

  3. Drain the potatoes and place them on a clean cloth. Dry thoroughly using paper towels.

  4. Put the potatoes and cornstarch in a bowl and toss well to coat evenly.

  5. Heat the oil in a deep frying pan over high heat, then fry the potato sticks until cooked through and crispy.
