🌽 Main Ingredients:
5 cups fresh corn kernels
2 tbsp butter
2 cloves garlic (minced)
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
¼ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup sour cream
½ cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp jalapeño (optional)
1 cup chopped fresh coriander
1 cup green onions (chopped)
1 red onion (finely chopped)
3 tbsp lime juice (or to taste)

Cut the corn kernels off the cob.
Heat butter in a large pan over high heat. Add garlic and stir for about 10 seconds.
Add corn and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally until lightly golden and slightly charred.
Season with salt and black pepper during cooking.
Transfer the corn to a large bowl.
Add mayonnaise, sour cream, lime juice, and Parmesan cheese, then mix well.
Add coriander, red onion, green onion, and jalapeño. Mix again until fully combined.
