Strawberry & Biscuit Dessert Cups

Ingredients

  • 400 g fresh strawberries (washed and sliced)

  • 1 cup fresh strawberry juice

  • 1 cup whipping cream

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt

  • 10 plain tea biscuits

  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Cut the strawberries into medium pieces and divide them into serving cups. Pour a little strawberry juice over them.

  2. In a bowl, mix the whipped cream with the Greek yogurt until smooth and well combined.

  3. Break the biscuits into small pieces and gently fold them into the cream mixture.

  4. Spoon the cream mixture over the strawberries in each cup.

  5. Mix the brown sugar with cinnamon, then sprinkle it on top.

  6. Serve immediately for the best flavor and texture.
