Creamy Garlic Cheese Pasta – Rich and Comforting Pasta Recipe

This creamy pasta combines the bold flavor of garlic with smooth cream and Parmesan cheese, creating a rich and delicious dish. You can also elevate it into a gourmet meal by adding shrimp or scallops.

Ingredients

  • 400 g pasta

  • 2 tsp olive oil

  • 4 garlic cloves (minced)

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 3 cups chicken broth

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 3/4 cup cooking cream

  • 1.5 tbsp dried parsley

Preparation Method

Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat, then add the minced garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.

Add the butter and stir until completely melted.

Pour in the chicken broth, then add salt and black pepper. Bring the mixture to a gentle boil.

Add the pasta directly into the pan and cook while stirring occasionally for about 12 minutes, until tender and fully cooked.

Add more broth if the pasta starts to stick or dry out.

Once the pasta is cooked, pour in the cream and add the Parmesan cheese. Stir well until the cheese melts and a smooth, creamy sauce forms.

Add the dried parsley and mix again, then remove from heat.

Serve hot, and optionally garnish with extra Parmesan cheese on top.
