Cream Sauce
1 cup cooking cream
½ cup grated cheese (optional)

4 chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
2 tbsp butter
200 g mushrooms (sliced)
1 small onion (finely chopped)
1 garlic clove (whole)
2 garlic cloves (minced)
Parsley or thyme for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper after drying them well.
Heat 1 tablespoon of butter in a pan over medium heat and add the whole garlic clove. Cook the chicken until golden brown and fully cooked on both sides, then set aside.
In the same pan, add the remaining butter, onion, and mushrooms. Sauté until the mushrooms are golden and softened.
Add minced garlic and stir for one minute.
Pour in the cooking cream, grated cheese, salt, white pepper, and nutmeg. Stir until the sauce becomes smooth and thick.
