Ingredients
Chicken breast: 500 g, cut into cubes
Yogurt: ½ cup

Paprika: ½ tsp
Olive oil: 2 tbsp
Bell pepper: 1, cut into cubes
Onion: 1, cut into cubes
Tomato: 1, cut into cubes
Instructions
In a bowl, mix the yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, salt, black pepper, mixed spices, paprika, and olive oil.
Add the chicken cubes to the marinade, mix well to coat evenly, cover, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (preferably overnight) for maximum flavor.
Preheat the grill or oven to 200°C (390°F).
Soak wooden skewers in water for a few minutes to prevent burning. Thread the chicken cubes onto the skewers, alternating with bell pepper, tomato, and onion pieces.
Grill or bake for 15–20 minutes, turning the skewers occasionally until the chicken is golden brown and fully cooked.
