Instructions
In a bowl, mix the flour and salt. Add the olive oil and gradually add the warm water while kneading until you obtain a soft, smooth dough.
Divide the dough into small balls about the size of a golf ball.
Roll each ball on a floured surface until it becomes very thin (about 2 mm thick).
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Place the rolled dough in the pan and cook for 1–2 minutes on each side until bubbles appear and the bread becomes lightly golden.
Repeat the process until all the dough is used.
