🧾 Ingredients
For the Béchamel Sauce:
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour
2 cups milk
A pinch of salt
¼ teaspoon white pepper
A pinch of nutmeg
½ cup grated cheese
Main Ingredients:
300 g pasta
250 g minced meat
1 small onion (finely chopped)
1 garlic clove (crushed)
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
A pinch of mixed spices
2 tablespoons oil

Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until half-cooked, then drain and set aside.
- In a pan, heat the oil and sauté the chopped onion until soft.Add garlic and minced meat, cooking until browned.Season with salt, black pepper, and spices.
To prepare the béchamel:
Melt butter in a saucepan.
Add flour and stir for about 1 minute.
Gradually add milk while stirring continuously until smooth and thick.
Season with salt, white pepper, and nutmeg, then add grated cheese.
In a baking dish:
Add half of the pasta
Add a layer of minced meat
Cover with the remaining pasta
Pour the béchamel sauce evenly over the top.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 30–35 minutes until golden on top.
Serve hot and enjoy!
