250 g mushrooms (sliced)
1 small onion (finely chopped)
2 garlic cloves (minced)
2 tablespoons butter
Salt to taste
A pinch of black pepper
1 tablespoon flour
4 cups broth (vegetable or chicken)
½ cup cooking cream
Fresh parsley (for garnish)

In a deep pot over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the onion and garlic, and sauté until the onion becomes soft.
Add the mushrooms and cook for 5–7 minutes until tender and reduced in moisture.
Add the flour and stir well for about a minute to avoid lumps.
Gradually pour in the broth while stirring continuously until smooth.
