Coffee Cream Dessert

Coffee Cream Dessert is a delicious Ramadan sweet loved by many, especially during evening gatherings and family get-togethers. It combines the rich flavor of coffee with the smooth texture of cream, and the best part is that it’s easy to prepare and requires no baking.

Serves: 6 people

Ingredients

For the Cream Layer

  • Whipping cream: 2 packets

  • Milk: 1 cup (cold)

  • Cream (qishta): 1 can

  • Vanilla: ½ teaspoon

For the Layers

  • Plain tea biscuits: 1 pack

  • Instant coffee: 1 cup (dissolved in water and cooled)

For Garnish

  • Cocoa powder: a sprinkle

  • Chocolate: grated (as desired)

Instructions

  1. Quickly dip the biscuits into the cooled coffee and arrange them in a serving dish.

  2. In a bowl, whip the whipping cream with cold milk using an electric mixer until it becomes firm. Add the cream (qishta) and vanilla, then mix until smooth and well combined.

  3. Spread a layer of the cream mixture over the biscuit layer.

  4. Repeat the layers of coffee-soaked biscuits and cream until all ingredients are used, finishing with a cream layer on top.

  5. Decorate the surface with cocoa powder and grated chocolate.

  6. Place the dessert in the refrigerator for about 4 hours until it is well chilled and set.

  7. Serve cold and enjoy this delicious coffee-flavored dessert.
