2 medium zucchinis

Preparation Method
Cut the zucchini into spaghetti-like strands using a spiralizer or vegetable slicer.
Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Add the tomato or pesto sauce and stir for 3 minutes.
