  • 1 cup dried tamarind

  • 2 liters water

Instructions

  1. Place the tamarind in 1 liter of water and soak it overnight.

  3. Add the remaining 1 liter of water.

  4. Stir in sugar to taste and mix well.

  5. Serve chilled with ice.
