Ingredients

  • ½ cup soy milk

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

  • 1 cup canola oil

  2. Blend on high speed for 30 seconds, then blend again for another 30 seconds until thick and creamy.
