2 cups strawberries (fresh or frozen)
¼ cup sugar
1 teaspoon lemon juice

How to Prepare Vanilla Panna Cotta with Strawberry Sauce
Place the gelatin in a small bowl, add the cold water, and let it sit for 5 minutes until absorbed.
In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the cream, milk, and sugar. Stir until the sugar dissolves completely, without bringing the mixture to a boil. Remove from heat and add the vanilla.
Add the softened gelatin and mix well until fully dissolved.
Pour the panna cotta mixture into serving glasses and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.
To prepare the strawberry sauce: place the strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice in a saucepan over medium heat. Let it simmer for 5–7 minutes until slightly thickened.
Remove from heat and allow the sauce to cool completely.
Mash or blend the sauce to your desired consistency.
Pour the strawberry sauce over the set panna cotta, garnish with fresh strawberries, and serve chilled. 🍓🍮
