How to Prepare Turkish Chicken with Bread

Prepare the Chicken:
In a deep bowl, mix the yogurt, spices, garlic, lemon juice, and olive oil until well combined. Add the chicken pieces and stir until fully coated with the marinade.
Cover and let the chicken marinate for about 40 minutes to absorb the flavors.

Heat a little oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook, stirring occasionally, until browned. Continue cooking over medium heat until the chicken is fully cooked.

Prepare the Sauce:
In a small saucepan over heat, melt the butter. Add the tomato paste and paprika, stirring for about one minute.
Pour in the chicken broth and let the sauce simmer until it thickens slightly. Set aside.

Assemble the Dish:
Cut the bread into small squares and place them on a serving plate. Pour a small amount of the hot sauce over the bread.
Arrange the chicken on top, then drizzle with the remaining sauce. Serve hot.
