Minced meat: 300 g
Onion: 1, finely chopped
Garlic: 2 cloves, crushed
Olive oil: 2 tablespoons
Carrot: 1 small, finely chopped
Celery: 1 stalk, finely chopped
Tomato juice: 1 cup
Tomato paste: 2 tablespoons
Water: ½ cup
