4 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons instant yeast
4 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
3 eggs
½ cup warm milk
½ cup butter, softened
1 egg (for brushing)
1 tablespoon sesame seeds (for garnish – optional)
Method
In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, salt, and instant yeast.
Gradually add the eggs and milk, kneading until a sticky dough forms.
Add the butter gradually and knead for 10–15 minutes until the dough becomes smooth and elastic.
Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
Shape the dough as desired—into small rounds, one large loaf, or in muffin molds.
Brush the surface with the beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and bake for 20–25 minutes, until golden brown.
Let it cool slightly before serving to maintain its softness.
