1 package ladyfinger biscuits
1 tablespoon instant coffee (dissolved in 1 cup warm water)
1 cup whipping cream (liquid)
200 g mascarpone cheese
¼ cup powdered sugar (or to taste)
½ teaspoon vanilla
1 tablespoon cocoa powder (unsweetened, for garnish)
Method
Quickly dip the ladyfinger biscuits into the warm coffee, making sure they do not become soggy.
Arrange a layer of the soaked biscuits in a serving dish.
In a bowl, whip the whipping cream well. Add the mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla, and beat until smooth and creamy.
Spread half of the cream mixture over the biscuit layer.
Add a second layer of coffee-dipped biscuits, then spread the remaining cream evenly on top.
