Ingredients for Crispy Chicken Fingers

  • Chicken breast: 500 g (cut into strips)

  • Flour: 1 cup

  • Breadcrumbs: 1 cup

  • Paprika: 1 teaspoon

  • Black pepper: ½ teaspoon

  • Salt: ½ teaspoon

  • Eggs: 2 (beaten)

  • Vegetable oil: enough for deep frying

How to Prepare Crispy Chicken Fingers

Place the flour in one bowl, the beaten eggs in a second bowl, and the breadcrumbs mixed with paprika, salt, and black pepper in a third bowl.

Dip the chicken strips first in the flour, then in the eggs, and finally in the breadcrumb mixture until fully coated.

Heat the oil in a deep pan over medium to high heat, then fry the chicken fingers in batches until golden and crispy on the outside and fully cooked on the inside.

Remove the chicken fingers from the oil and place them on paper towels to absorb excess oil.

Arrange the crispy chicken fingers on a serving plate and serve hot with your favorite sauce.
