Arugula Salad with Oriental Flavor

Arugula is rich in protein, vitamins, phosphorus, dietary fiber, iron, and calcium, making it a highly beneficial leafy green.

Ingredients

  • Arugula: 2 cups (coarsely chopped)

  • Green onion: 1 stalk (chopped)

  • Tomato: 1 (diced)

  • Lemon juice: 2 tbsp

  • Olive oil: 1 tbsp

  • Salt: 1 tsp

  • Sumac: 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Arrange the arugula in a serving plate.

  2. Sprinkle the chopped green onion and diced tomato over the arugula.

  3. Dress the salad with olive oil, salt, and lemon juice, and mix well.

  4. Sprinkle sumac on top and serve.
