Chicken Ranch Pizza

If you love pizza, here’s a flavorful twist featuring creamy ranch sauce that perfectly complements chicken and vegetables. It’s easy to prepare with simple ingredients and suits all tastes.

Ingredients

  • All-purpose flour: 1 ½ cups

  • Olive oil: 1 tablespoon

  • Instant yeast: 1 teaspoon

  • Sugar: ½ teaspoon

  • Warm water: ¼ cup (for the dough)

  • Ready-made ranch sauce: ½ cup

  • Mozzarella cheese: 1 cup (shredded)

  • Cheddar cheese: ½ cup (shredded)

  • Chicken breast: 2 (grilled and cut into small cubes)

  • Onion: 1 (thinly sliced)

  • Green bell pepper: 1 (sliced)

  • Salt: ¼ teaspoon

  • Black pepper: ¼ teaspoon

Method

  1. In a bowl, mix flour, yeast, sugar, and salt. Add olive oil and warm water gradually, kneading until a soft, smooth dough forms. Let rise for 60 minutes.

  2. Once risen, roll out the dough on a floured surface to medium thickness, then place on a greased baking tray.

  3. Spread the ranch sauce evenly over the dough, leaving the edges uncovered.

  4. Distribute the chicken pieces evenly, then add onion and bell pepper slices.

  5. Sprinkle generously with mozzarella and cheddar cheese.

  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (390°F) for 18 minutes, until the cheese melts and the top is golden.

  7. Slice into wedges and serve hot.
