Yogurt Juice with Berries and Mint

Ingredients

  • Yogurt: 1 cup (plain)
  • Blueberries: 1/2 cup
  • Cold water: 1/2 cup
  • Mint leaves: 6 fresh leaves
  • Honey: 2 tablespoons
  • Ice cubes: as desired

Preparation

  1. In a blender, combine yogurt and blueberries.
  2. Add mint leaves, honey, and cold water.
