Milk: 2 cups

Chicken: 2 cups (boiled and chopped)

Corn: ¼ cup (canned)

Peas: ¼ cup (canned)

Cheese: 100 g (grated)

Parsley: 2 tablespoons (chopped)

Black pepper: to taste (ground)

Puff pastry: 1 pack (ready-made)
Instructions:

Melt the butter in a pot over medium heat, then add the onion and sauté until soft.

Add the mushrooms and cook briefly until the liquids evaporate, stirring well.

Gradually add the flour and milk while stirring continuously until the mixture thickens.

Add the chicken, corn, peas, parsley, and cheese. Season with salt and black pepper.

Stir for a few minutes, then remove from heat and set aside.

Place pieces of puff pastry (vol-au-vent shells) on a baking tray and bake at 180°C (356°F) for 5 minutes.
