Pesto sauce is one of the famous Italian sauces, deliciously versatile. It can be served with pasta, chicken, or even seafood like shrimp.
Ingredients:

Shrimp: 700 g (peeled, deveined, washed)

Cumin: a pinch (ground)

Salt: to taste

Black pepper: to taste (ground)

Basil: 3 cups (leaves, washed)

Garlic: 1 teaspoon (minced)

Olive oil: ½ cup
Instructions:

Place the basil leaves in a blender and blend on medium speed.

Add the garlic, cumin, salt, and black pepper while blending continuously. Be careful not to make the mixture too smooth like a puree.

Gradually add the olive oil and blend until the ingredients are well combined.

Pour the sauce into a small bowl and refrigerate.

Place the shrimp in a bowl, add 6 tablespoons of the pesto sauce, and mix.

Let it sit for 30 minutes.

Preheat the grill to high heat, skewer the shrimp onto wooden sticks, and grill for 3 minutes on each side.
