Quick No-Yeast Bread Recipe

Making bread without yeast is an easy and simple way to bake healthy homemade bread quickly, without using the yeast needed for traditional bread.

Cooking Time: 40 minutes
Serves: 4 people

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup flour (oat flour / fine)

  • 1/2 cup oats (whole)

  • 1/2 cup water (adjust as needed for kneading)

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • Pinch of salt

  • 1 tsp flax seeds

  • 1 tsp sesame seeds

Instructions:

  1. In a deep bowl, mix the fine oat flour with water, salt, and baking powder. Knead until you get a cohesive dough.

  2. Add the whole oats, flax seeds, and sesame seeds to the dough. Coat it with olive oil and let it rest for 10 minutes.

  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Pour a scoop of dough onto the skillet and cook until the bottom is browned. Flip and cook the other side until done.

  4. Repeat the process with the remaining dough.

  5. Serve the bread warm.
