1/2 cup oats (whole)

1/2 cup water (adjust as needed for kneading)

1 tsp baking powder

Pinch of salt

1 tsp flax seeds

1 tsp sesame seeds
Instructions:

In a deep bowl, mix the fine oat flour with water, salt, and baking powder. Knead until you get a cohesive dough.

Add the whole oats, flax seeds, and sesame seeds to the dough. Coat it with olive oil and let it rest for 10 minutes.

Heat a skillet over medium heat. Pour a scoop of dough onto the skillet and cook until the bottom is browned. Flip and cook the other side until done.
