No-Bake Lotus Dessert with Just 3 Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 600 ml whipping cream (liquid)

  • 10 tbsp Lotus Biscoff spread

  • 2 packs Lotus Biscoff biscuits, crushed

Instructions

  1. Place the Lotus Biscoff spread in a microwave-safe bowl and warm for 20 seconds.

  2. Whip the cream until thick, then fold in the warmed spread and mix well.

  3. In serving cups, layer crushed biscuits at the bottom.

  4. Spoon the cream mixture over the biscuit layer.

  5. Garnish with a drizzle of Biscoff spread and a whole biscuit on top.

  6. Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours before serving cold.
