Prep & Cook Time

60 minutes

Serves

6 people

Ingredients

For the filling:

  • 3 tbsp melted butter

  • ¼ cup sugar

  • 2 tbsp ground cinnamon

  • ½ cup warm milk

  • 1 tsp instant coffee

For the white cinnabon glaze:

  • 4 cubes cream cheese

  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk

For garnish (optional):

  • Caramel sauce

  • Chocolate sauce

  • Chopped nuts

For the base:

  • 5 soft bread rolls (Eish Fino)

Instructions

  1. Slice the bread rolls into rings about 1.5–2 cm thick.

  2. Grease a baking dish with a little butter and arrange the bread slices in it.

  3. Dip each slice briefly in the warm milk mixed with instant coffee, then place it back in the dish — this makes the bread soft and moist.

  4. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with sugar and cinnamon until combined.

  5. Brush the top of each bread slice with the cinnamon-sugar mixture.

  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 10–15 minutes, or until golden brown.

  7. For the glaze: blend the cream cheese with the condensed milk until smooth and creamy (adjust thickness by adding more milk if desired).

  8. Once the cinnabon is out of the oven, pour the glaze over it while still hot.

  9. Garnish with caramel, chocolate sauce, or chopped nuts to taste.

Serve warm and enjoy your quick & delightful shortcut cinnabon!
