Caramel Cream Dessert with Biscuits and Cream

Ingredients

  • 2 packets caramel cream mix

  • 2 packets whipping cream powder

  • 1 cup liquid whipping cream

  • 1 cup milk (liquid)

  • 1 can thick cream (Qishta or Nestlé cream)

  • 1 pack plain tea biscuits

  • Chocolate sauce (for decoration, as desired)

Method

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat together the thick cream, liquid whipping cream, whipping cream powder, and caramel cream until well combined.

  2. Dip the tea biscuits in the milk.

  3. In a Pyrex dish, arrange a layer of biscuits, then spread a layer of the caramel cream mixture evenly on top.

  4. Repeat the layering process until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of the cream mixture.

  5. Decorate the top with chocolate sauce.

  6. Place the dessert in the refrigerator until set and chilled, then serve.
