  • ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions:

  1. Cook the pasta:
    Boil the fettuccine in a pot of water for about 10–12 minutes (or according to package instructions). Drain and set aside.

  2. Prepare the sauce:
    In a separate pot over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the flour and stir until it turns golden.

  3. Add the mushrooms:
    Stir in the sliced mushrooms and sauté until slightly softened.

  4. Add the liquids:
    Pour in the milk and cooking cream, stirring the mixture well.

  5. Melt the cheese:
    Add the shredded mozzarella cheese and stir until fully melted.

  6. Thicken the sauce:
