Melt the Butter & Marshmallows:Place the butter in a pan over low heat. Add the marshmallows and let them melt slightly, stirring until you get a sticky, creamy consistency.

Add the Dry Ingredients:Add the powdered milk and nuts to the melted mixture. Stir well until everything is thoroughly combined.

Shape the Nougat:Spread the mixture evenly in a tray lined with parchment paper or dusted with powdered sugar and cornstarch to prevent sticking.

Chill:Place the tray in the refrigerator until the nougat is firm and set.

Cut & Serve:Once set, cut into your desired shape. Tip: Lightly oil the knife before cutting to prevent sticking.
