Grilled Fish with Tomatoes & Potatoes

Grilled fish is a quick and flavorful dish. You can use your favorite type of fish fillet and bake it with vegetables like potatoes, tomatoes, and onions—all in one pan!

📝 Ingredients:

  • 2 pieces of fish fillet

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley

  • 6 small potatoes, peeled

  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes

  • 1 tablespoon butter

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1 teaspoon salt

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Season the Fish
    Rub the fish fillets with salt, black pepper, and ground cumin.

  2. Assemble in Baking Dish
    Place the fish in a baking dish. Add the peeled potatoes and cherry tomatoes around it.

  3. Prepare the Dressing
    Mix the lemon juice, olive oil, and dried parsley. Pour this mixture evenly over the fish and vegetables.

  4. Bake Covered
    Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for 30 minutes.

  5. Broil and Serve
    Remove the foil and broil the fish until lightly browned. Serve hot.
