Cold Chocolate Biscuit Dessert



A type of chocolate dessert that can be made using plain biscuits. There are many ways to prepare this dessert, and you can adjust the ingredients based on what you have available and your preferences.

Ingredients:

  • Ladyfinger biscuits: 2 packs

  • Whipping cream: 2 cups (whipped)

  • Cream powder: 2 sachets

  • Cream cheese: 1 package

  • Chocolate milk: 1 cup

  • Cocoa powder: ¼ cup

Instructions:

  1. Dip the ladyfinger biscuits in the chocolate milk and arrange a layer of them in a Pyrex dish.

  2. Beat the cream cheese with the cream powder until smooth and creamy.

  3. Gently fold in the whipped cream using a spoon.

  4. Spread a layer of the cream mixture over the dipped biscuit layer.

  5. Add another layer of dipped biscuits and repeat the layers to create 3 layers in total, ending with a cream layer on top.

  6. Refrigerate the dish for at least 2 hours before serving.

  7. Before serving, sift cocoa powder over the top using a fine mesh strainer. Slice and serve cold.
