Chicken Pasta Soup

Serves: 4 people

Ingredients:

  • Pasta: 1 packet

  • Chicken breast: 4 pieces (cut into small cubes)

  • Tomato paste: 1 tablespoon

  • Chicken broth: 2 cups

  • Salt: a pinch

  • Black pepper: a pinch

  • Chili (optional): to taste

  • Vegetable oil: 2 tablespoons

Preparation:

  1. Heat the oil in a pot over medium heat, then add the pasta and stir for about 3 minutes until it gets lightly toasted.

  2. Add the chicken cubes and sauté until their color changes, then gradually pour in the chicken broth. Add the tomato paste while stirring continuously.

  3. Season with salt, black pepper, and chili (if desired), and stir the mixture well.

  4. Let the soup simmer on low heat until fully cooked.
