Ingredients:
For the Crêpe Batter:

1 egg

1½ cups all-purpose flour

1½ cups milk
For the Filling:

2 chicken breasts (cut into cubes)

1 garlic clove (minced)

1 tablespoon ghee (or clarified butter)

1 cup cooking cream
-
1 onion (finely chopped)
-
1 cup mushrooms (sliced)

2 tablespoons basil (chopped)

1 teaspoon vegetable oil

A pinch of salt
-
A pinch of black pepper
-
¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg

1 chicken bouillon cube
-
1 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
Instructions:
To Prepare the Crêpes:

In a mixing bowl, combine the milk, flour, and egg. Whisk or blend the mixture until smooth and fully combined.

Lightly grease a non-stick pan with vegetable oil and heat it over medium heat.

Pour a ladle of the batter into the center and spread it into a thin circle.

Cook the crêpe for 2–3 minutes until the bottom is golden, then flip and cook the other side for another 2 minutes.

Place the cooked crêpe on a serving plate. Repeat until all the batter is used.
To Prepare the Filling:

In a skillet, melt the ghee and sauté the onion and garlic until softened.

Add the chicken cubes and mushroom slices. Season with salt, black pepper, nutmeg, chopped basil, and the bouillon cube.

Stir the mixture well and cook until the chicken is fully cooked.

Pour in the cooking cream and stir until the filling is creamy and well-blended.
To Assemble:

Spoon some of the filling onto each crêpe, roll or fold them as desired.
