Ingredients:

  • Brown rice: 3 cups (cooked)

  • Peas: 1 cup (cooked)

  • Mushrooms: 1 cup (fresh and sliced)

  • Chickpeas: 1 cup (cooked and peeled)

  • Carrots: 1 cup (peeled and diced)

  • Green beans: 1 cup (cut)

  • Garlic: 1 teaspoon (minced)

  • Onion: 1 (chopped)

  • Vegetable broth: 1 cube

  • Olive oil: 2 tablespoons

  • Salt: a pinch

  • Black pepper: a pinch (ground)

  • Parsley: 1 tablespoon (chopped)

  • Water: 1/4 cup

Preparation Method:

  1. Heat the olive oil in a pot over medium heat, then add the chopped onion and sauté until it softens.

  2. Add the garlic, carrots, and green beans, and stir the ingredients for a few minutes.
