Classic Beef Burger Recipe

The burger is one of the most popular fast food dishes worldwide; it is a delicious and favorite meal, especially among young people and children. It is typically made with either beef or chicken, combined with vegetables and cheese. Here’s how to make one of the tastiest international sandwiches right in your own kitchen.

Ingredients:

  • Lettuce: 4 leaves

  • Mayonnaise: 1/3 cup

  • Tomato: 1 (sliced into rounds)

  • Onion: 1 (sliced into rounds)

  • Mozzarella cheese: 4 slices

  • Burger buns: 4 (sliced in half)

  • Ground beef: 1 kg

  • Breadcrumbs: 1 tablespoon

  • Egg: 1 (beaten)

  • Salt: to taste

  • Spices (Arabian mix): 1 teaspoon

  • Black pepper: 1/2 teaspoon

  • Garlic powder: 1/2 teaspoon

  • Onion powder: 1/2 teaspoon

  • Oil: as needed (for frying)

Preparation Method:

  1. In a bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, and beaten egg. Season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Arabian spices, and mix the ingredients thoroughly until well combined.

  2. Shape the meat mixture into equal-sized patties with the thickness and size you prefer, then refrigerate them for about 30 minutes.

  3. In a pan over medium heat, heat some oil, and fry the patties, turning them occasionally until they are cooked through on both sides.

  4. Spread mayonnaise on the bottom half of the burger bun, then layer with lettuce, a beef patty, a slice of mozzarella cheese, onion, and tomato. Close the burger with the top bun.

  5. Repeat the process until all the ingredients are used up, then serve the burgers hot.
