Ingredients:
Vanilla cake: Half a cake (ready-made)
Butter: 1/2 cup (melted)
Cream: 1 cup
Sweetened condensed milk: 1 cup
Cream cheese: 2 tablespoons
Jelly: 3 tablespoons (dissolved in 1/2 cup water, any flavor)
Gelatin powder: 1 tablespoon
Instructions:
Prepare a baking dish and layer half of the crumbled cake mixed with melted butter.
In a mixing bowl, whisk the cream, condensed milk, and cream cheese together. Add the dissolved gelatin and mix well.
Pour the cream mixture over the cake in the dish, then refrigerate until the layer firms up.
Prepare the jelly as per the package instructions and pour it over the set cream layer.
Refrigerate again until the jelly layer sets.
Once fully chilled and firm, cut into pieces and serve cold.
