French bread: 2 loaves
Eggs: 2
Milk: ½ cup
Mozzarella cheese: 1 cup (grated)
Cheddar cheese: ½ cup
Mushrooms: ½ cup (chopped)
Colored bell peppers: ½ cup (chopped)
Olives: ¼ cup (sliced)
Sausages: ½ cup
Salt: 1 tsp
Black pepper: ½ tsp
Oregano: ½ tsp
Pizza sauce: ¼ cup
👩🍳 Instructions
Slice the French bread lengthwise and hollow out the center to form a “boat” shape.
Spread pizza sauce inside each bread boat.
In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper.
Add vegetables, sausages, and cheese, then mix well.
Fill the bread boats with the mixture and sprinkle oregano on top.
