No-Bake Chocolate Nut Dessert

A rich and delicious dessert that combines the crunch of nuts with the creamy taste of chocolate. This no-bake recipe is perfect for chocolate lovers and ideal for serving on special occasions.

Ingredients

  • 255 g chocolate biscuits

  • 226 g butter (cut and divided)

  • 1 tablespoon sugar

  • 1 teaspoon salt (divided)

  • 340 g dark chocolate (70%, chopped and divided)

  • 400 g sweetened condensed milk

  • 2 teaspoons instant coffee

  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

  • 1 cup roasted, crushed hazelnuts (for topping)

  • Cooking spray (as needed)

Instructions

  1. Grease a springform pan with cooking spray and line it with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.

  2. Crush the chocolate biscuits in a food processor until fine.

  3. Melt half of the butter (about 8 tablespoons), then mix it with the crushed biscuits, sugar, and ¼ teaspoon salt.

  4. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the pan to form a crust. Place it in the freezer for 15 minutes to set.

  5. Melt 2 cups of the chocolate with 4 tablespoons of butter in the microwave, stirring until smooth.

  6. Add the condensed milk, instant coffee, vanilla, and the remaining salt. Mix well until fully combined.

  7. Pour the chocolate mixture over the biscuit base and spread evenly. Refrigerate for 1 hour until set.

  8. Melt the remaining chocolate with the rest of the butter, then pour it over the previous layer and spread evenly.

  9. Refrigerate for another 30 minutes until fully set.

  10. Garnish with crushed hazelnuts, remove from the pan, slice, and serve.
