For the chicken
Chicken breast strips: 450 g
Greek yogurt: 2 cups
Breadcrumbs: 2 cups
Salt: 1 teaspoon
Garlic powder: 1 teaspoon
Onion powder: 1 teaspoon
Olive oil: 2 tablespoons
Oil: for frying (optional)
Instructions
Coat the chicken strips well in Greek yogurt, making sure they are fully covered.
In a separate bowl, mix breadcrumbs with salt, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Dredge the yogurt-coated chicken in the breadcrumb mixture until fully coated.
