  • Shrimp: 1.5 kg

  • Mussels: 1.5 kg

  • Spring onion: as desired

  • Garlic: half a head

  • Spaghetti (wide): as needed

  • Cooking cream: 1 pack

  • Black pepper: a pinch

  • Salt: to taste

  • Lemon: to taste

  • Oregano: a pinch

  • Butter: as needed

  • Chicken stock cubes: as needed

Preparation Method

  1. Boil the spaghetti in salted water with a little oil and two chicken stock cubes. Cook until tender, then drain and set aside.

  2. Meanwhile, chop the spring onions and prepare the remaining ingredients.

  3. In a pan, melt a piece of butter, then add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.

  4. Add the shrimp and mussels, stirring for about 4 minutes until cooked. Season with salt, black pepper, and a squeeze of lemon juice.

  5. Add the seafood mixture to the cooked spaghetti. Pour in the cream and mix everything well until fully combined.
