Preparation Steps
Cut the tortillas into triangles (like nachos).
Mix olive oil and spices in a bowl until well combined.
Coat the tortilla triangles evenly with the spice mixture.
Arrange the triangles on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, making sure not to overlap them.
