Ingredients
1 beef steak (Ribeye, flattened with a meat mallet)
1 small onion, sliced
½ bell pepper (optional), sliced
2 garlic cloves, whole
2 tbsp olive oil (or vegetable oil)
1 tbsp soy sauce
Salt, to taste
½ tsp black pepper
Bread of choice (sandwich bread or Arabic bread)
Mixed vegetables for serving (lettuce, tomato slices, pickles – optional)
Sauces as desired (mayonnaise, ketchup, or special sauce)
Preparation Steps
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat, then add the steak. Cook until browned on both sides and tender.
Add the onion and sauté until soft.
Add garlic and cook for 1 more minute.
